Q: Are we allowed to practice in the event venues at all before the competition begins on Saturday?
A: No, General Rule #5 prohibits this since the tournament organizers have not given permission to do so.
Q: Can we bring more than 6 alternates to compete in the trial events?
A: No, the limit of 6 alternates is the maximum allowed
Q: Can we have 2 different teams from the same school compete in trial events?
A: No, just like the official events, each school is allowed one entry in the trial events.
Q: What events can parents and supports watch?
A: Guests are welcome to view the following events:
Division B – Air Trajectory, Helicopter, Mission Possible, Tower, Scrambler and Hovercraft
Division C – Air Trajectory, Bungee, Electric Vehicle, Helicopter, Robot Tour, Tower, and Hovercraft

Q: What does the All Access Meal Plan cover?

- First meal covered by the meal plan: Thursday dinner

Q: Where will we eat and when will the dining centers be open?
A: Dining Hours (Abel and Harper)
Breakfast
- Friday & Saturday: 6:00 – 8:30 a.m.
- Sunday: 6:30 – 8:30 a.m.
Lunch
- Friday – Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Dinner
- Thursday – Saturday: 4:30 – 7:00 p.m.
Both Abel and Harper Dining Centers will be open during these times. Residential participants will dine at Harper Dining Hall. Non-residential meal plan holders and individuals wishing to pay at the check stand will be directed to Abel Dining Hall.
Q: What if I arrive after 5 p.m. and need to check in to housing and dining?
A: Staff will be available to check in late arrivals 24 hours/day.
Q: Where on campus will teams stay?
A: Teams will be assigned to single-gender floors in traditional-style halls. Rooms in these buildings feature two twin XL size beds, two desks, two dressers, and two closets. Single gender bathrooms will be available on each floor.
Q: Are linens included with the room?
A: Yes, linens are included. Each bed will be supplied with sheets, a blanket, a pillow with pillowcase, and a towel. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds.
Q. Where on campus will teams eat?
A. Meals for teams staying on campus will be provided by the Harper Dining Center.
Q. What will the hours for dining be during the tournament?
A. We will release the hours shortly.
Q: When will I receive my confirmation?
A: If you have submitted a request, you can expect confirmation within a week.
Q: When can I expect an invoice?
A: Invoices will be generated by hand for each team in the order their requests are received. This process may take a few weeks. You’ll be notified via email when your invoice is ready. Teams will only receive an invoice after they've returned their confirmation form.
Q: Where should checks be made to?
A: Checks should be made to University of Nebraska-Lincoln
Q: Can I bring my check to check-in?
A: Yes, you can hand carry your check with you and give it to us at check-in
Q: How do I go about getting a parent meal?
A: Parent meal plans must be requested on the team's invoice.
