Check-In

Check-in will begin Thursday at Kiewit Hall (1700 Vine Street) and will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Parking for cars, vans (12-passenger and smaller), and SUVs will be available in the ‘A’ Lot located at 17th and Vine, in front of the Courtyards Residence Hall (733 N. Vine Street).
• Buses and large vehicles may briefly park in the closed-off bike lane on the north side of Vine Street for drop-off only.

Important: Check-in is for COACHES ONLY and will take place on the second floor of Kiewit Hall.
Please bring:

• Your most up-to-date team roster.
• One additional person to assist in carrying materials back to your vehicle or bus.

To maintain efficiency and prevent congestion, we kindly ask that no more than three people total enter the second floor during check-in.
Also, please ensure that no vehicle remains in the drop-off lane for longer than 15 minutes.

If you plan to arrive on Friday, please let us know in advance.
Check-in will remain on the second floor of Kiewit Hall and be open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Please note: The STEM Expo will also be taking place in Kiewit on Friday, so you may experience additional delays.

• Bus parking will not be available near Kiewit on Friday.
  Instead, buses must park at the Devaney Center (1600 Court Street), in the lot located south of the building.

During check-in, coaches will receive a team packet containing:

• T-shirts (assorted sizes)
• Water bottles
• Lanyards and name tags
• Team roster
• Wristbands
• Programs
• Trash and recycling bags for your homeroom

Wednesday Arrivals
Teams arriving on Wednesday should check in at Harper Hall (1150 N. 14th Street) any time after 2:00 p.m. The front desk at Harper is open 24 hours a day, so late arrivals are welcome to check in directly at the front desk at any time.

Thursday Arrivals
On Thursday, check-in will take place at the Harper Dining Center (1140 N. 14th St). Check-in will take place in Harper Dining Hall from noon until 10:00 p.m., at which time late arrivals will be contacted with additional instructions.

Friday Arrivals
Teams arriving on Friday will receive special check-in instructions based on their assigned residence halls. We’ll be in touch with those details shortly.

Check-In Process
Teams will be checked in as a group. Coaches will receive a packet that includes:

• Room keys
• Meal cards
• A team roster
• Parking registration instructions (when applicable)

Please note: Room assignments are still being finalized and will not be available until your arrival.
